The custom artwork takes 15 days to 1 month to complete.

Q: Why does it take so long?
To ensure the highest quality, each piece is hand-drawn by a single artist. Since the artist can only complete a limited number of artworks per month, please plan accordingly.

Q: Can I pay extra for a rush order?
It depends on the artist’s schedule and the timeframe you can accept. If the artist is available and willing to work overtime, a rush order may be possible. However, if the artist's schedule is fully booked, rush orders will not be available.

Q: What is the final artwork size?
The final artwork is a digital file, with a default size of A3 (29.7 x 42.0 cm). If you need a different size, please contact customer service.

Q: Can I request modifications if I am not satisfied with the artwork?
Yes, small adjustments and minor details can be modified. However, major changes, such as completely redrawing large sections or repositioning characters, are not included. Please communicate any specific requirements in advance with the artist or customer service.

Q: Will the artwork be fully colored right away?
No, the process starts with a line sketch. Once the sketch is confirmed, we proceed with coloring.
